TRX Golf Fitness

TRX Group fitness workshops for golfers - Improve the fitness components such as core strength, stability, mobility, balance, flexibility, and power that will enable you to hit the ball longer and straighter this summer.

Dates:

April 9, 16, & 23

Days: Mondays
Time: 7-8pm
Cost: $25 each or all 3 workshops for $65
Place: TRX Studio at Yoga Public (280 Fort St.)
